A weak battery and a blocked or poorly flowing filter (like in my previous post) can cause that effect on your picture, your air filter could of been blocked for 100s of miles an you wouldn't know, trust me... Don't bother trying to clean the plugs, if they've gone funny it's because of all the clag right up inside the insulator where you can't actually get to clean, so buy new ones.
